At Aizputes winery, we keep on developing traditional Latvian recipes and techniques of winemaking. Because of the dark freezing winters, short, cold summers, we have traditions to make fruit wines instead of common grape wines. We have arranged a tasting room, where anyone are offered to try our wines and share the experience of winemaking.
