Contact usPiesta Kuusikaru farm in Soomaa region (Pärnu county, Estonia) was first established by the current owner’s great-great-grandfather in 1868. Nowadays it features an organic apple orchard as well as a small food production facility. Piesta premium products include pure apple juice, spiced apple drink, mint-flavoured apple syrup and slowly fermented apple cider vinegar. The farm is open to visitors by appointment and warmly welcomes history buffs as well as gourmands.
Under the auspices of SEIC project, two family businesses – Kuusikaru Ltd (Piesta Kuusikaru farm) from Green Riverland area in Estonia and SIA “LV-Destilāti” from Lielupe area in Latvia – visited each other to learn more about their collagues in the two neighbouring countries.
